The location was absolutely perfect, just a short 4-6-minute walk from Deer Leap Lookout. The room was luxurious and quiet, with a balcony.

The hotel is set in a good location close to great restaurants and Karlovy Vary. The room was impressive with a beautiful marble bathroom. I liked having coffee/tea making machines, a fridge, and glassware in the room.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a balcony, mini bar, and even chocolate on the pillows. The facilities were top-notch, with a great pool area and a variety of saunas to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we loved our stay here and would definitely come again!

We liked the Spa.

We did not like that they once they noticed our price for our room they moved us from the originally planned room to a much smaller one on a higher floor. It put the Hotel Attendant in a very uncomfortable situation when he had to ask us to leave the room he just showed us to a much smaller room on a higher floor. We actually finished the room introduction when the front desk called and moved us to the new room.

The cost vs quality for procedures like massages could be improved, and the spa hours could be extended for a better deal during the day.

Staff was exceptionally welcoming and breakfast was delicious. There were coffee/tea making facilities, a seating area, and a writing table in the room, liked that.

Just perfect overall experience. Romantic hotel with top-class and caring personnel. Magnificent and good location really close to Town Theatre. 5 minutes walking from the but station. The good service combined with the amazing food.

Excellent Christmas getaway! The hotel had a cozy ambiance and decorations. The spa treatments were amazing and the staff was very friendly. The location could not be better, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the luxurious bedding and towels.

Our room had a small issue with the heating system, but the staff promptly fixed it. The only other complaint was that the prices at the hotel's restaurant were a bit high.

The location is fantastic, near Market Colonnade. The room is stylish and calming, complete with a lovely marble bathroom and a cozy bed.

We stayed at Carlsbad Plaza for a week and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, right at the entrance of the touristic area. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of choices like minute omelettes and fresh juices. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was responsive and professional. The wellness area was very good, especially if you go during less crowded times. the facilities were nice and very clean, making our stay enjoyable.

The spa at Carlsbad Plaza was absolutely amazing. I was impressed with the variety of treatments available and the professionalism of the staff. The Thai massage I had was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The pools and saunas were also fantastic. The whole experience was top-notch.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The best aspects were the amazing spa with multiple pools and saunas, the great location at the entrance of the touristic area, and the friendly and kind staff, especially Sarka at the reception. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a lot of small touches that made the experience exceptional. The facilities were great, including the comfortable rooms and the excellent pool area. The breakfast was good and there were multiple bars and a high-end restaurant on the premises.

Great spa facilities with amazing relaxing massages and steam rooms. The breakfast buffet was diverse with delicious fresh pastries. The hotel is in a beautiful area and it's easy to get around.

The room was unacceptable, unclean, smelly, and had a terrible view. The staff was inattentive and unresponsive to complaints.

During our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying the excellent spa facilities at this hotel. From the refreshing swimming pool to the soothing hot pool and various saunas, there was something for everyone. As a family, we particularly loved the clean and beautifully designed pools that catered to our 3-year-old daughter.
